I might be interested in options 2 and 3…..

Sa-weet. I was right in the middle of paramedic school at texas-tech the last go around. Im excited to take part in this one.

i’m interested in option 2 or 3 but will definitely cheer on my fellow fire-breathers!!

My training for this event will follow these priorities: 10 percent strength; 10 percent endurance; 80 percent aesthetics.

Won’t be able to compete this year …..God willing I will be almost ready to pop though. Will help in what I can. I’ll definitely be cheering for all CFEP athletes!

Option 2 sounds like a good one. Last year I competed, getting my kipping pullups only three days before the event. It was a great experience. Now I have more skills and will work harder to get better from now until february! Let’s go CFEP!!!
