REST DAY!!!
A WELL DESERVED BREAK AFTER THIS GRUESOME WOD’S. TAKE THE DAY OFF OR STAY ACTIVE BUT GO LITE!
Things you can do:
Go for a walk.
Take your turttle for a walk.
Eat Cheetos (just kiddin!)
Go for a swim( no skinny dippin)
Invest money in the stock market.
Update you Facebook (That’s for you Leah!)
But most importantly: eat, sleep and recover!

I don’t feel so bad not going to the gym today since it was a rest day anyway!!! Much needed!!! Jumped right back in after a few months hiatus!!
Well. . . . . I’m gonna have pass to on all the advice for today. I’m gonna WOD, I don’t facebook, and I’m DEFINITELY skinny dipping tonight!
