  • Welcome!  You’ve taken your first step towards a fitter, healthier life. Getting started with us is simple – and free!

    We invite everyone who is interested in doing CrossFit in for a free introductory workout session. These sessions are by appointment only and are held at the following times:

    • Monday evenings at 5:30 and 6:30 P.M.;
    • Wednesday mornings at 6:30 A.M.; or
    • Thursday evenings at 5:30 and 6:30 P.M.

    There are 3 ways to get started with CrossFit El Paso:

    Private Training
    By beginning with private training, you will have a professional, certified trainer develop a workout program that is tailored to suit your exact needs.  Whether you are an elite athlete looking to gain that extra competitive edge, an average person trying to shed a few pounds, or even someone that is coming off an injury and trying to break free from a sedentary lifestyle, a personal trainer is the most specialized and effective way to begin your CrossFit journey.     On Ramp Classes

    “On Ramp” is required in order to participate in any regularly scheduled CrossFit El Paso class.  The purpose of the On Ramp class is to work with a trainer to learn proper form and technique.  In this series of classes, you will be introduced to the basic movements and methodology of CrossFit that are needed to participate in our group classes which will allow for a faster progression and higher intensity during our regularly scheduled workouts. This mandatory training reduces the risk of injury and allows every client to learn the proper movements under the watchful eye of a professional trainer.     Group Classes

    Most people that start CrossFit begin with On Ramp.  There is occasionally an athlete with enough experience and ability to skip directly to our group classes.  If you have previous CrossFit experience, or experience with olympic weightlifting and rudimentary gymnastics/bodyweight movements such as pullups, pushups, and squats, and believe that you are decently fit, please contact us in order to discuss this option.
