Crossfit classes are held no more than 1 hour each. A coach is present to instruct and motivate the beginners to advanced athletes. Please see our about us page for more info on class structure.

Fitness Camp
Our Fitness Camp meets 3 days a week for 6 weeks. It is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants
ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group CrossFit classes or Semi Private Training. In this class we will expose newbies to our
movement curriculum in a group format. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity
levels that are inherent in our group classes. If you are unsure as to whether you are a good candidate for beginning in a class setting,

Level 1 group classes
Following your private training series or our Fitness Camps, Level 1 is where you continue to develop your foundation of strength and general
fitness, ultimately working towards mastering the skills to gain entry to our Level 2 group class.Level 2 group classes
This is where your training enters the realm of sport and the competition begins. Classes are intense, challenging, and move quickly. They are not for the faint of heart! These classes are invitation only and require testing/prerequisites to gain admission. Please see our Level 1 and 2 standards for more information.CrossFit Kids.
The CrossFit Kids program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of
experience. It is not expensive, extremely effective AND LOTS OF FUN! Running, Jumping, skipping, hopping, tumbling, climbing.Olympic lifting Class.
Focusing on skills and technique necessary to safely and effectively perform Olympic style Weightlifting. We train athletes, CrossFitters,
Homemakers to become better Olympic Weightlifters as well as make football players, volleyball athletes, basketball players and any athlete for that matter more explosive and powerful in their respective sport/ life.Basic Strength and Conditioning.
Emphasizes the improvement of strength and conditioning through the application of exercise science and the use of power lifting and
